I'm Doug, one of the founding members of  No turning Back,
bluegrass gospel ministry. After ten years, 2008 was my last  year with
the group.  My wife and I  relocated to Kerrville, Texas to be closer to
the grand kids.

I live with Markeeta, my lovely wife of 34 years. Together we have
four wonderful children, three great son-in-laws,A wonderful
daughter-in-law, three grandsons and three granddaughters and
another on the way. God has blessed me greatly.

I play mandolin, fiddle, and guitar and sing the high harmony parts. I
have written many songs but only one has been recorded with NTB  
on the By Request album.   I've played guitar for many years,
mandolin for ten, and fiddle for six. I do not claim to  be good at any
but I do love it.

I am a member of First Baptist Church in Kerrville, Texas and
involved with the music ministry. I was saved at the age of 29  and
take the opportunity to share my testimony as often as possible
without being pushy.
